komme bald wieder.

one time is always the first time. it is said. and so it is. this confirms once again that even the stupidest meaningful sayings come true.

whatever: now I will be traveling three weeks through the usa. a journey to a particular time, because I will realize how the american people will vote their new president. I will have many cmeetings with interesting people. I will listen to many people. their stories, take their settings. collect pictures. take impressions with me.

on this page I will try to capture all of these things. without many words. hopefully with many images.

jugend.

nostalgic look back. I should have done. back then. as a teenager, as a twen. so unattached. why then I made such thoughts about all that? turn a blind eye and just doing it. yes, why not?

and in ten years you look back on today and wondering the same. so: is there a lifetime which is especially useful for anything? who planted that nonsense into our heads that specific things in life have to be done at specific times in life or just not.

any time is the right time. each time is the wrong time. so what should go wrong?

an adventure awaits. a big one. usa. the highlight: new york city! there is much to discover. new things to see. looking at well-known things from a new point of few. to gather inspiration. find out about likes and dislikes.

any tips for nyc? secret places, little beauties?

and then I look at my feet and there it is: a dream. to my feet. I stand and look at it. it looks nice. it feels well. and then I make this picture. to hold it. to give it a piece of reality. to look at it over and over again. this is the first step. the first of many.

once a year all are awfully nice one. congratulations, gifts caresses. it´s your birthday. for a long time I ask myself every time, for which I will actually congratulated on this day: because I've done it before so many years, to come to the world? because I've managed to survive just so many years?

but rather should be congratulated my parents. that time they were brave and determined, and decided, "Yes, we both want a child with all the unpleasant and all the beautiful consequences: take responsibility, laugh, squeak, sleepless nights, anxieties and worry, and know
that the child is a piece of themselves in the world
. "

I remember - like everyone else - nothing to my own birth. really funny. because you occur in the world - makes out these huge leaps from the womb and has no picture, no emotion, no nothing about all this. but the parents - they remember this day. the exciting months before. they know how happy and exhausted they were so many years ago. as her little baby took the first breath on the world, the first time has looked into the world. but it almost never plays a role on this day - the birthday.
thank you mama! thank you papa! for your courage and all that you have given me!

if you have left to breathe the air, will you wait for the redemptive moment that enables you to take a new breath - or do you use the last bit in your lung and run?

fernheimweh.

I'm here. and miss the elsewhere. I'm elsewhere. and miss here.
sometimes I miss so much that now, that's not what counts here. so not really. packed in cotton wool all rushes past me. it does not feel so right. the head and the heart are elsewhere.

I have to shake myself. my head and my heart. and open the eyes. narrow slits. or open them wide. then I watch it, the "here". and suddenly there they are: the beauties. the big and the small. now. and then it does not matter whether I am here or elsewhere. because they are everywhere. you just have to look. listen. to get involved in it. absorbing them, take them. take them to elsewhere or here.

if you then leave this place, then you carry them in yourself. then you come to the other place, you remember them. the trick isto remind them and welcoming them with joy. not "oh and painful" that they are just memories now.

remembering and keep the eye and the heart open in order to collect new beauties. so it's nice. the here and elsewhere.

worldwide dinner party!

http://worldwide.feastongood.com/

do you have any plans for friday night? I recommend to click on the link above and plan a dinner plan with friends on friday evening. and make a plan how to make the world a bit more beautiful, a little better, a little healthier.

me and my friends will have dinner. and make a small step: against plastic bags. nobody needs them. and certainly not the world.
